Ways to make a difference

An advantage of being part of a worldwide group is that the local, social commitment might be shared with many more and also be spread to other places. Within Nexans, there are many global initiatives for gender equality, diversity and inclusion that will benefit both within and outside Nexan's walls.

• Nexans Foundation
  In early 2013, the Nexans Foundation was established. This is our global platform for supporting communities and charity projects. Thanks to the foundation we can coordinate the large number of employee initiatives in regions and countries where Nexans's Group operates.
  In this way, we also get the opportunity to do what we are truly determined to do: Electrify the future in a sustainable way. 
   
• WiN - Women In Nexans - We in Nexans
  This is the Group's Diversity & Inclusion program, working to make our work environment a better place - open to all. We strive for an inclusive work environment where everyone can engage, speak up, flourish, and therefore contribute to our business results. 
    Our first Diversity Inclusion commitment is to reach a level of gender equality that truly represents the diversities of our customers, suppliers and communities in which we serve.
